Birthday Adventures!!

On Saint patrick's day, it was my baby sister, Millie's, 16th birthday... I feel old. I remember when she was just born and I had no idea what a baby was. I was 5 years old and thought, "Is this what a lizard really looks like?"

Anyway, she turned out to be a wonderful young woman. I can't believe how much she has grown up. I am really impressed by the decisions and choices she has made in her life. She makes me think, "Hey! There is still hope for humanity!" And then I hang out with her and realize how much alike we are and how we'd all be doomed if one of us was ever were president...

And then there's our older sister, Meghan.... The Ginger...

Notice the ginger in her natural habitat...

She tried to share with me but I told her I didn't want to catch 'Gingeritis'...

And then you get both my sister's and me together and you get a triple threat...

Then you get the whole clan together and you'd think we're a brand new sitcom...

It was a great night. I can't believe my baby sister is 16 already! It's crazy! I told her she wasn't even allowed to LOOK at boys or she'd risk their sudden death. Haha! Nah, I know she's growing into a fine young woman. I am SO happy to have her for my sister. She is such a great example to her friends and I'm so proud of her. I am honored to be one of her older sisters. She is so good to everyone she knows. I love that about her. She has such a good heart that it makes me want to be a better person. I'm her older sister, yet, I have learned so much from her.

I am NOT ashamed to say that I hang out with my goofy little sister more then I hang out with my own friends. Haha! She has become one of my best friends. Both my sisters are.

I feel so lucky to be close to both of my sisters. I love being excited to come home and hang out with them. Not very many people are close to their siblings, I love that I can talk to both of them about anything and not be judged at all. I love that I can be myself around them and be dorky if I want to (they are usually dorky with me, ha). The love I have for my sisters is unconditional. I will love them forever. I just hope that they know that they can come to me for anything too. :)

For Family home evening, we went to the Ice Castles located in Midway. They were literally Ice Castles!!! They were HUGE!!! If you haven't gone you must! They close down at the end of this month. Here are some photo's of the castles below.

My dad hates having his picture taken, that's why you get ready to take a photo, and then call his name and snap the photo. BAM! A picture of my awesome dad. :)

My sister is a goof. Haha!

My two adorably crazy sisters. In this photo you can definitely tell we are sisters haha!

Yep, she sucks. Dang those beautiful people!!!

She looks good so, I thought I'd try.
Yep, I'm not as cool as I thought...

My dad found a tunnel...
So he decided he wanted to go in it.
Haha!

The night was a great night. What a wonderful adventure. Most importantly though, I love spending time with my family. I love the memories. I'd be so lost without these great people. :)

What happens at Hank's house goes on Blogger.

For New Year's, we went to Trevin's best friend, Hank's house. Hank got so drunk, it was hilarious!! It was by far the best part of the night.

Here is Hank putting the empty beer bottles on his fingers.

And here is Trevin and Hank showing their true feelings for each other... Haha! Cuddle!!

It was a great night. It was ton's of fun. You want a great laugh? Be the sober one at a party. Hahaha! It's never boring! What a fun start to the year.

Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Year Everyone!!

I know it's a little late to be posting about the New Year but, the draft was open and it was eating at me. So, I've decided I am going to share with you my New Year's Resolutions. So here goes:

1. I would like to move to a new apartment; one that is pet approved. I would like to have my ferrets and my cat be able to live with me.

2. I am going to put an end to my break and crank out more credits at the University. If I want to be a homicide detective by the time I am 30 I need to finish school.

3. I hope to know Spanish by 2015.

4. I hope to know the guitar by 2015 as well.

5. I am going to start a band with my good friend Katy. She is absolutely fabulous.

6. I hope to at LEAST have my book finished by 2015. It probably wont be published for a while but, I'll definitely try to get it published!!!

7. Lose the 25 pounds I gained from working a desk job. (6 down, 19 to go!)

That's all I can think about at the moment, haha! I may or may not add to it. Haha! New years resolutions are good. Goals are important to make! At the end of the year, at least you can say you tried... Hahaha!
